Paolo Scavino Winery Wine Dinner

Join us for Apollonia's first wine dinner of the year, Thursday, February 9th at 6:30 pm.  We will feature the wines of the Paolo Scavino Winery from PIedmont, Italy.


 Paolo Scavino is an historical winery in the Barolo region. It was founded in 1921 in Castiglione Falletto from Lorenzo Scavino and his son Paolo.  Paolo Scavino owns 29 hectares entirely in the Barolo area and works on 20 Barolo historical crus located in Castiglione Falletto, Barolo, La Morra, Novello, Serralunga d’Alba, Verduno and Roddi.
